Update: On Feb 10, 2017 the Monterey Police Department
informed us that the suspect had been apprehended. MPC would like to thank everyone that helped the investigation and commend our security department for their good work!
ALERT: Assault
As reported to MPC on February 2, 2017:
On Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at approximately 12:50 pm, a student was assaulted in the men’s restroom on the first floor of the Business, Math, and Computing (BMC) building. The identity of the male perpetrator is unknown. The following description was provided: “white male, 19-25 years old, 5’ 11” to 6” tall, shoulder length, sandy or dark blonde, wavy (surfer style) hair, lanky build and slightly hunched over, hollow face with pock marks, no facial hair, odd smile, crooked teeth with a bad bite, dressed in tan utility or rain jacket, tan khaki baggy pants and wearing a short shark-tooth necklace.”

- Be alert of your surroundings. Observe and report any suspicious activity to Campus Security.
