Sleeping Beauty

The MPC Theatre Arts program is pleased to announce Sleeping Beauty, a studio theatre production directed by Laura Coté. Join us for a fresh and funny retelling of a classic favorite. Performances take place Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30PM and Saturdays and Sundays at 3:00PM

“The story of Sleeping Beauty has charmed people for generations. It has all the classic fairy tale elements, good vs evil, fairies and magic, and let us not forget romance! This production is brought to you by a very enthusiastic group of talented students who truly have inspired me with their hard work and dedication. They have spent countless hours rehearsing, painting, sewing, & dancing, always with joy and laughter that as an instructor fills my heart beyond words. This particular version is quite special to me personally as it was the catalyst that led to my becoming a faculty member of the Theatre Arts department here at MPC and I am so enthused to share my particular spin on it with all of you! It is my great pleasure to welcome you all back to MPC theatre and I am greatly looking forward to seeing you at our future productions.”
