This afternoon, the Monterey Peninsula Community College District and the Monterey Peninsula College Teachers Association reached a tentative agreement on a contract effective from 2/1/17 - 6/30/19. The District and the Association are encouraged by the settlement of this contract, and anticipate ratification and approval of the tentative agreement. Both parties look forward to improved labor relations when negotiations on a successor contract begin in February 2019.
