Visit UC Berkeley for the day to see the campus, talk to students and people who work there, and participate in a few of their 400 events. CalDay is open to the community and students are strongly encouraged to attend.  The events range from information about housing and applying to information about specific majors, including cutting edge research, technologies, and programs offered at the school. Take advantage of this opportunity to get to know the campus, what kind of programs and resources they have available to students, as well as ask any questions you have had about transferring and applying to UC Berkeley.  Even if you are not interested in Berkeley, this is a great opportunity to get to know a university campus and see what is available and what appeals to you.  Get an idea of what different schools offer to make sure you pick one that has the resources and support that is right for you.
